Have contacted multiple times politely at first, each time they come back to me saying they've contacted the delivery service and a reply will take 5 working days, yet don't get back to me after those days are up. The replies don't even bother to read all the previous emails which are all included in the thread to the extent they don't even get my name right. Only refund given to me has been the 1.50 delivery fee for a nearly 30 pound order. When I contacted the delivery service they said it was an issue with Boohoo. Highly disappointed, will not be ordering again and have spread the words to friends and family about the disgraceful service.
